Air governs: Movement, quickness, spontaneity, agility, lightness, thoughts, the intellect.

The air element governs the chest, heart and lungs & the nervous & immune system generally. The air triad corresponds to the shoulders, (positive) kidneys (neutral) and ankles (negative). Too much air can lead to scatterdness & dryness to little air can leads to pressure, heaviness & dampness.
