In a programme of classes demonstrations and hands-on sessions you will learn all aspects of the Living Food programme for taking charge of your health in everyday life based on the teachings of Ann Wigmore the original founder of the Hippocrates Institute USA.

You will learn to prepare simple natural foods and drinks that are hydrating, nutrient dense and enzyme rich whilst experiencing their effects on your whole being.

We cater for a maximum of 4-6 people at a time in order to provide you with the very best care and tuition so you will have a strong base to continue your transition to Living Foods, with confidence.
