Our cancellation policy allows us to provide the best service and to make the best use of our time and resources.
We require at least 24 hours notice to reschedule or cancel appointments.
It is understand that unforeseeable emergencies do occur so if an appointment is missed with less than 24 hours notice or no notice is given a record will be kept of this. However on the second missed appointment with less than 24 hours notice or no notice given you will be charged the full session fee for a missed appointment.
