Experience

Over the years I have worked with a diverse range of people, in a variety of different settings, including: Sunra Yoga & Natural Health Centre, Sunra Yoga Retreats, The Stress Project, BHAN, Pepperpot Elders Club, East London Black Women’s Organization, Kingston Women’s Centre, Southhall Black Sisters, Camberwell women’s health, Wyvil Primary School and private practice. 

I set up my first therapy practice in Clapham South London in 1988 and then began practising and teaching therapeutic massage to nurses and volunteers at the London Lighthouse hospice West London where I worked as part of a multi-disciplinary team from 1989 -1994 gaining invaluable experience that shaped my commitment to somatic bodywork .
